
HIGH PERFORMANCE

Our HighPerformance area caters for up to 20 participants at a time.
We provide both group and individual Functional Fitness, Strength & Conditioning Sessions,
facilitated by our Australian Pro Level 2 Strength & Conditioning Accredited Coach.
THE COACH

Our Young Guns High Performance Program is run by our Pro Level 2 Australian Strength & Conditioning Coach (ASCA). Troy, has a wealth of experience programming for all age groups of athletes including the elite.

As an Ironman Triathlete with 20 finishes under his belt, Troy knows just how tough sport can be, and the demands that sport can play on both the body and mind. Troy takes pride in both the physical and emotional aspects when developing and supporting the growth of his athletes.

Not only does Troy have his ASCA Pro Level 2 Qualifications, Troy, also has a Bachelor of Teaching/Early Childhood and a Post Graduate Certificate in Inclusive Education/Special Education, so he enjoys catering to Neurodivergent individuals.
Troy has worked with both international and national athletes and teams from NRL, AFL,
A-League, Super Rugby, Nitro Circus, World Surf League, and World MTB, and is currently an Australian Strength & Conditioning Association Mentor

School Holidays Young Guns will run a maintenance program on Wednesday 4pm-5pm.
Athletes will need to book & pay for this a week in advance to secure their spot.

1 session p/week = $30 - Includes baseline testing, S&C program, testing every 8 weeks & program adjustments
T1= $270.00 - T2, T3 & T4 $300.00

2 sessions p/week = $40 - Includes baseline testing, S&C program, testing every 8 weeks & program adjustments
T1=$360.00 - T2, T3 & T4 = $400.00

3 Sessions p/week = $45 - includes baseline testing, S&C program, testing every 8 weeks & program adjustments
T1=$405.00 T2, T3 & T4 = $450.00

PAYMENTS
All payments are to be made in full at the beginning of each term
Athletes who do 2 and 3 sessions p/week will receive a free shaker/drink bottle & Backpack on payment of their first term.
*Sessions do not carry over; however, we will do our best to cater to those who are sick and give notice

Whether you’re local or a team travelling to Newcastle and the Hunter for an event, SMR can cater for your sporting team. We can run a prime session, a stretch or stick mobility session and/or provide rehab and recovery with all our Recovery Modalities.
