What do I need to bring with me?
Essentials:
For all services, you will need to bring a bath sized towel and a bottle of fluid.
SMR does have Towel Hire for $3 a towel and Sock Hire for $2 a pair.
Clean gown and gloves will be provided for Cryotherapy sessions. However, you will need to bring your own clean woollen socks (at least shin height) or covered in slippers/ugg boots (or similar) to use this equipment.
For Infrared Sauna sessions please bring 2 towels to place on your seat and underneath your feet.
Cancellations:
We understand things come up out of your control. If you are a no show and don't inform us of your cancellation, you will be charged a $10 cancellation fee. If you let us know a day prior then will happily roll over you $10 booking payment to your next visit.
Note: Bulk Savers are not transferable between clients.
VIP Memberships can not be put on hold and is not transferable between clients
