How Do I Prepare For My Appointment?

For whole body Cryotherapy, you’ll need to wear swimwear/underwear, clean woollen socks (at least shin height), or covered in slippers/ugg boots (or similar) for your session.

A clean Gown and Gloves will be provided for the Cryotherapy session.  

We ask that on the day of your appointment, you do not apply moisturiser, oils, fake tan, makeup, and that you do not shave.  Please make sure any wounds are well covered.
