CANCELLATION POLICY

When you book your appointment, you are holding a space in our centre that is no longer available to our other valued clients. In order to be respectful of our fellow clients, please call us immediately on 02 4077 3370  as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment. If this is outside business hours please leave a message. If cancellation is necessary, we require that you call 02 40773370 at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another client access to that appointment time. Late Cancellations/No-Shows    A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointed time. A no-show is when a patient misses an appointment without cancelling. In either case, there will be a charge of 50% of the service fee that is missed and this will be added to your next visit.
