CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand things come up out of your control. If you are a no-show or cancel within 12 hours of your booking, you will be charged your $10 booking fee. If canceling or rescheduling is necessary within 12 hours of your booking, we require that you call (02) 4077 3370 to notify us. Appointments are in high demand, and your notice will allow another client access to that appointment time.
